Specific Personal Trainings for Seniors in Majorca
Its never to late to either start a training regime or re-start training to improve mobility, flexibility & balance.
In my specific workouts for seniors, we practice a combination of exercises, stretching techniques and Fascioterapia.
Training for those over 60, is based on co-ordination, bone density, musculature, strength/endurance and above all balance.
After your workout, assisted stretches are performed to improve joint mobility.
And as final touch, I do an exclusive Fascioterapia session to achieve a complete relaxation of the musculature.
And all this in a single session!
Personal training with José Manuel is one of the best gifts I have given to myself.
I still wonder why I did not try it before.
A comprehensive workout with a mix of cardio, balance and strength.
The session ends with a 15 minutes massage that leaves you felling relaxed and energised.

Prices are VAT included.
Trainings outside Calviá's municipality carries an additional cost.
