The training is dynamic, varied and very effective all of which would not be possible without the guidance and motivation of Jose. It is a box of surprises, you never know where it will take you, from one day in the gym and the next session outdoors maybe on the beach or in the countryside.

I had been doing almost no exercise for 4 years and after a 3 months training with Body & mind, thanks to his constant support and motivation, I decided to participate in a 10 km race (I had never run a race before, not even 2km).
