How to get in shape in 2 months?
The Body and mind Mallorca tailor made 8Week plan consists of:
- 16 1 hour personal training sessions – each session is tailor made to help you achieve your objectives – its all about YOU!
- 8 Bootcamps – These are group training sessions and will compliment your personal training sessions and improve your resistance and stamina.
- 2 Massages – These will help you to recover from your training sessions.
- A personalised nutritional plan – Your nutrition throughout the 8 weeks is as important as your training sessions. Your tailor-made plan will be built around your food likes/dislikes and lifestyle.
